Wednesday Meal Prep 🙌
⭐️Sticky Date Baked Oats (ellie wilson fitness Recipe that I adapted to the TM7)
Ill add yoghurt to the top each morning
⭐️Chicken Nachos (Another ellie Wilson recipe) I minced the chicken breast and then cooked on browning mode. I love how simple and quick it is doing this!
⭐️Bolegnaise (my recipe)
I chop all of the veggies in the TM7, cook a big batch of the sauce on the stove and then without cleaning the TM7 bowl I just through the water and pasta in to cook on open cooking mode 👌
