The Atomic Habits book was highly recommended by many as a tool to understand habits and shift bad habits into good ones. ⁣

With 2026 being the year of “ME” and “finding sunshine” outside of being a MUM, I think this book is a great start. ⁣

It’s been 2 years since I’ve had my hair done mainly because I just focus on the kids and leave my self as a last priority. ⁣

I went to tSteph .miabellahair over who looked after me so very well and made me feel like myself again and not just “mum” ⁣

I’m a goal setter, I like to have goals written down to keep me focused on changes I want to make. ⁣

This year I have many goals some small and some huge and if I don’t get through them all that’s ok it’s not a failure it’s still steps closer to those goals. ⁣

I want to focus on my health and wellness. ⁣

I want to be a better wife, mum, daughter, sister and friend. ⁣

I want to give more energy to those who enrich our life and support us.⁣

I want to be more organised, productive and complete projects I have been doing. ⁣

I want to spend less time on my phone and be more present. ⁣
