Sooooo good! Years ago l visited the ancient lands of Tenochtitlan it’s here l learnt what REAL chocolate / cacao was! The Aztecs made chocolate similar to the Mayans; both cultures made a frothy drink from the dark cocoa beans, with the only real difference being that the Aztec beverage was consumed cool rather than hot. How cool is that fact! 🍫

After extensive global travel having worked in Canada, UK and the Greek Islands, I left my career of 22+ years in international travel sales. During treatment for carpel tunnel and de quervains syndrome l was introduced to an essential oil Frankincense - The King of Oils, by my Chinese Medicine Practitioner, l utilised this twice daily for three months; the rest they say is history!
