Sooooo good! Years ago l visited the ancient lands of Tenochtitlan itโs here l learnt what REAL chocolate / cacao was! The Aztecs made chocolate similar to the Mayans; both cultures made a frothy drink from the dark cocoa beans, with the only real difference being that the Aztec beverage was consumed cool rather than hot. How cool is that fact! ๐ซ
The Aztec name for this bitter drink was chocolate and can be translated to mean โwarm liquid.โ
Thereโs really nothing better than a warm drink especially during the winter season to warm the body and soul.

With a special interest in mood management, linking the three brains to gut health, along with being an avid wanderlust, l became inspired to educate and guide other small business start ups on how to manage a busy lifestyle after the birth of my daughter Alexandra. During this time becoming a first time mum in my 40's, having managed digestive issues, anxiety, hormone imbalances and years of sales industry exhaustion my passion for learning more on gut health and mood management began.
After extensive global travel having worked in Canada, UK and the Greek Islands, I left my career of 22+ years in international travel sales. During treatment for carpel tunnel and de quervains syndrome l was introduced to an essential oil Frankincense - The King of Oils, by my Chinese Medicine Practitioner, l utilised this twice daily for three months; the rest they say is history!
During the past three + years working alongside the world's leading essential oils company, doTERRA l have created a wholistic lifestyle becoming the founder and leader of Pure Essentials Community owner of Pure Essential Oils for Families and co-author of a professional business planner - Antplanners for Wellness Advocates.
