Last week, we held our 2IC (Second-in-Charge) Training, bringing together team members across our services to strengthen leadership skills, communication, incident response, delegation, compliance knowledge, and day-to-day operational confidence within our SIL homes and programs.

It was great to see such strong engagement, collaboration, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
