Over the past month, Blairlogie has undergone some significant organisational changes that we believe will better position us for the future.
Our new structure, which took effect from July 1, has been carefully designed to support our continued growth, deliver even better outcomes for our clients, and ensure clear lines of reporting and accountability for everyone who works at Blairlogie.
As part of this restructure, we are excited to introduce a new team: the Client Experience Team.
This team will be made up of Client Experience Officers and Intake, and will take on many of the responsibilities previously held by previous roles to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients and any future potential clients.
Rather than having multiple contacts across different services, our clients, their families and support networks will now have one dedicated contact at Blairlogie for all enquiries and support needs.
We’re confident that this change will create a more seamless and consistent experience for clients, families, and our external partners such as therapists and support coordinators.
We are delighted to introduce the Client Experience Team and look forward to working more closely with our clients, their families and support networks and continuing to support them in the best possible way.
