Wowee. It's been one year since I closed the doors of an accomplished clinic, said goodbye to an incredible team, and stepped into a new chapter as a solo practitioner in a small, intentional space.
My heart was calling for something different- a slower and quieter rhythm. I wanted to lean more fully into motherhood, to adapt the business to fit around my personal life. I wanted to return to my craft - to the deep, hands on work that first made me fall in love with the profession - without the many hats that come with being a clinician and operating a clinic with a dedicated team.
The past year for me has been one of rest, growth and rediscovery. Space has allowed me to reconnect with creativity, joy and purpose - the kind that can only emerge when you fully exhale.
This season has also invited me to understand myself further in new ways - as a mother, as a neurodivergent woman - and that awareness has reshaped how I show up in both life and work.
After 13 years as a myotherapist/pilates practitioner and 8 years in business, I can say this journey has been nothing short of chaotic and beautiful- as all meaningful growth tends to be!
Looking ahead, I can already feel the next season stirring. I have visions that will challenge me to keep learning, evolving, and refining my craft.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you- to my clients for your trust (and food/book/travel recommendations!), to those who engage and cheer from afar (I see you helping me with the wild world of algorithms!) Your support means more than you know 💛
