A little misconception I want to clear up in my salon. Once the factory sends me your hair they take no responsibility for it. So any issues with the wigs or top volumizers, I as the owner am paying to replace the items.
There is no insurance that gives me money to help cover issues. It all comes out of my business account. And as a small business this does take any profit I might make off sales.
Plus also hair systems & postage has gone up over double since 2020. So please never presume the factory helps out they’ve done their job by manufacturing & sending me your hair

Well today us improve day 🥺 gotta do what I gotta do!
I am so not ready to be here but I will make do under the circumstances. Feeling unsafe to be at my own business not something I feel comfortable with let alone having my clients subjected to it either. So here we are in a crazy controlled mess.
Not everything has been finished how I will be set up, but it will do for a few days. Dad is doing his best after the decision on Sunday that it was safer for me to get out than stay til 31st 🙂

I choose to have warranties of 1 month on any of the hair systems I sell. The factory doesn’t not give Me a warranty. So any replacements or repairs done are all at My expense.
So when I’ve sat and wrote they guide lines up they were done to help you with your caring of your hair.
So when you use a product without asking my knowledge on then something happens to your hair, I am NOT responsible for any damage done to the hair.
Coconut oil for one the human hair wigs DO NOT like them, you might have used it on older wigs in the past & gotten away with it by pure luck. But honestly all it does is damage the base of the system & clogs the hair so it’s lack lustre & unmanageable.
The products I do recommend are more conditioning & helps the hair stay stay soft & manageable at all times.
I think it’s forgotten sometimes that the systems don’t actually produce their own oils to keep the hair shiny & healthy like our own hair does. My recommendations for my products doesn’t mean my hair systems are inferior or below grade. I chose the products that I know gives you better results in hair care.
So my only ask is if in doubt please ask before using a product. I don’t care what other companies or salons do, this is My business My rules.
