Hi everyone,

I trust you are well and enjoying a peaceful festive season and gentle transition into the new year.

I shared a video earlier about this, but it wasn't quite right so I'm swapping it out for this update.

My offerings will be moving in a new direction in 2026.

This does not mean that I will no longer be working with Cacao, Sound or Energy Healing.

It means I will be streamlining, because in 2026 I am choosing to prioritise peace.

Phoenix Cacao and Embodied Phoenix, under Embodied Phoenix Enterprises, will for the time being be consolidated into one project: Our Time to Heal.

Our Time to Heal was originally conceptualised in 2019 as I started this entrepreneurial journey, and it feels really juicy to be bringing it back to life in this year of New Beginnings.

It is not goodbye to Phoenix Cacao or Embodied Phoenix forever, but a new direction and a new beginning.

Thank you for being part of the journey thus far, I look forward to working with you in a new way.

Our Time to Heal is here, and it is now.

Hi Everyone!

An update from Embodied Phoenix Enterprises

Unfortunately tonight's Community Soundbath is cancelled due to illness.

This was our last for the year so it's a bit of a bummer, but I am looking forward to welcoming you back in 2026.

Phoenix Cacao has one more Nourish Cacao Circle, but this is now a private event celebrating where and how Nourish began for me, with chosen community and connection here in Creswick.

From here, Embodied Phoenix Enterprises is closed for the end of year break, to reopen in 2026.

2026 is a year of new beginnings, and a big shift will be in our use of social media. With the changes unfolding in this space in Australia, we will be transitioning away from Facebook and Instagram to focus more on immediate and local community, the people that we are here to support.

Thank you all for being a part of this journey. I look forward to seeing what awaits in the new year.

Until then, wishing you a peaceful rest and plenty of downtime over the upcoming 'silly season'.

Our next Community Soundbath is on Monday, 8 December 7:30-8:30pm

Each event is a unique experience intuitively curated based on the energies of the day and in the space.

We gather at Creswick Neighbourhood Centre; I look forward to seeing you there!

We had another beautiful Soundbath on November 24, thank you to our participants for co-creating the space.

Our last one for the year will be held on December 8!

I've been away for the weekend attending a Family Constellations workshop for class 💙

We are each of us a product of our family system, but also an important component thereof.

The challenges of our ancestors do not need to be something we carry for them, but they are things we can return with respect and honour for their fate.

I will be returning to Creswick today and look forward to hosting our Community Soundbath tonight, where we may gift ourselves stillness, with an opportunity to integrate and connect with our Inner world.
