Feeling all the feels lately?

Here are some simple Breathwork “recipes” to help shift your state in just a few minutes ✨💛

1. The 5–5–7 Breath
Perfect when your mind won’t switch off. Inhale for 5, pause for 5, exhale for 7 to slow everything down 🧘‍♀️🌙

2. The 4–2–6 Breath
A beautiful pattern for feelings of overwhelm or anxiousness. Inhale for 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6 to turn on the parasympathetic nervous system 🌿🤍

3. Double Nasal Inhale + Long Exhale
(Also known as the Physiological Sigh.)
Two quick nose inhalations followed by a long exhale — amazing for tiredness, low energy or that mid-day slump ⚡️😮‍💨

4. Alternate Nostril Breathing
A balancing technique that sharpens focus and clears mental fog. Perfect when you feel scattered 🎯✨

5. Transformational Breathwork / Coaching Sessions
