On the 23rd of November Team Anchor Health Group Powered by Epson Australia participated in the 2025 Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli Surf Classic, a fundraising and surfing event held at Manly Beach.

With the support of Epson Australia and other donors our team raised over $7,000 for Lifeline Australia which will equate to over 200 calls that can be taken with people in crisis.

In the surfing competition we came 3rd in the final which is a great result. Congratulations to & teams for unbelievable results in the competition and fundraising 🙌❤️

Join Anchor Health / Man Anchor for our first Community Mental Health First Aid program of 2025, proudly funded by

MHFA empowers participants with the tools and vital skills to support the people in your world when faced with challenges with emotional, social and mental health.

The program unpacks anxiety, depression, psychosis & substance abuse as well as associated crisis such as suicidal thoughts, anger and traumatic events.

On completion you will receive a 3 year certificate as a Mental Health First Aider.

The program is broken down into two components -
1) 5.5 hours of self paced prior eLearing
2) 2 x 2.5 hours of online workshops (Monday 3rd & 10th of February 6:30pm - 9pm via Zoom)

This program is heavily subsidised by our wonderful funding partners HAW from $400pp to $99pp

Last week I felt a buzz seeing our Anchor Health Group Low Cost & On Demand Telehealth Counselling services promoted while sitting in the waiting room of our local medical center with our little 4 year old Billy, who was unwell at the time.

We are promoting our new platform across NSW in over 100 practices in both metro and regional areas. I created this new platform to remove the barriers to getting the support that we all need at different stages of our lives.

With the tens of thousands of conversations I have with individuals and groups each year, I constantly hear these three reasons from stopping them getting support:
1. Cost
2. Availability and access
3. Time

With this new Telehealth platform I believe we have addressed these barriers, with a cost model to suit most family and individual budgets, we can potentially have an individual online in front of one of our professional team members within 2 hours of logging to our site. The convenience of online means you can make work for you, fit into your life with minimal disruption.

50% of all the profits from this platform and our bespoke Employee Assistance Program for SME will go back into youth and community su***de prevention and mental health literacy programs. This will address and remove the barrier of unhelpful attitudes and stigma, which ultimately will increase help seeking and reduce su***de.
