I couldn’t be more proud of who we are - not just as a clinic, but as a community.

Chiropractic for me has always been a passion and a lifestyle. It’s about living intentionally, being conscious of how we treat our bodies and showing up as our best.

Being able to help people thrive is what drives me, and I’m so grateful for the connection, warmth and relationships that fill our space each day.

Choosing this career has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life and creating Our Family Chiro has been equally amazing 🥰 Thankyou to everyone who makes it such an incredible space to be in. Here’s to many more years ahead 💫

One of the most special parts of being a Chiropractor is walking alongside people through different seasons of life.

From supporting women through demanding work and training, to the changes of pregnancy, to caring for both mum and baby in those early days and then helping them return to the activities they love while navigating the challenges of work, sleep and motherhood.

Being able to support someone’s body through all of these transitions is such a privilege 🙏

My clients often ask me why I choose Chiropractic Care.
For me, it’s simple: I want to keep doing what I love, especially being an active mum.

I want to be the mum who can lift my son, toss him in the air, carry him when he’s tired even as he keeps growing bigger! I want to be playful and have fun with him and I know I can only do that when I feel great.

I also want to care for my patients at my best, so my body needs to be strong and healthy to look after all the different bodies that come through my clinic.

And yes, I want to feel fit, energetic and confident in my own skin.

I’ve been receiving Chiropractic care for over 20 years, and my “why” has grown and changed over time but it’s always about showing up strong for the people who matter most.

We love helping our community show up in the way that matters most to them 🍃
