I'm Melina, the founder of The Less Stressed Mums Club and I believe in the power that Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness has to help mums live their best lives. I love working with mums to achieve the life balance they desire and teach them how to implement Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness into their everyday lives. This month, let’s remember: checking in, taking a pause, and caring for your mental health isn’t selfish—it’s survival. 🌿
