Closing the tabs in my brain by opening my senses to the ocean. 🌊 (And I generally have a lot of tabs and folders open in my brain 😂 which is why I spend a lot of time in the ocean 😆)
There is something so healing about letting the tide wash away the workday. I make it a point to practice these moments of stillness because I can’t pour from an empty cup—and neither can you.
Back to basics. Back to the earth. Back to me. 🤍
I like to practice what I preach, and everything I suggest to my clients I have usually either done for myself or I am currently doing it.
This is the number one way I give back to myself and calm my nervous system. It is so easy and it's free! 😆
