Its already 2024 and time to get back into positive posting and connecting with friends and new beginnings. Gosh there are a lot of people doing it tough, feeling it's time to reach out!!!

I have been on a rough road with settling into Queensland and now the third year in, I have finally found my way with a Godly focus, healthy living & eating, fitness and connecting with great new friends.

Finding my way on the Sunshine Coast! Come and join me with my new yoga class - 'Dancing Warrior Yoga'. This is Yoga asanas with a different edge and a sure way of letting go of anxiety and stress in these unsettling times.
These past few months have taken me on an emotional roller coaster with health issues, intense grief from missing family and friends in Sydney and loss of purpose with not knowing where to begin again - growing, stretching with up hill down hill battles.
My faith in God, prayer, dance, gym, Yoga and movement have been my anchors. The refurbished me is rising strong again with new creativity and experience to share! Come and share your journey with me.

My news...surviving isolation & covid concerns. Ok so all quiet for a while, my thoughts, actions, emotions all on sale of unit, then moving & bringing it all together! Challenges I haven't thought of that goes with the turmoil of moving! It's exciting but at times sad with the realisation of actually leaving & starting life all over again. At times overwhelming with covid changing the rules & all that has to be done before we leave. Started back teaching Aqua this week, riding there & back as car in for service. Loved getting back on the bike & seeing the aqua beauties again.
