restorative yoga. 〰️
it's not alway a well know style of yoga, but we wish more people got the chance to explore and benefit from this truly unique + relaxing practice.
restorative yoga is the antithesis to fast.
it's you, your mat + a whole lot of props!
think bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye pillows etc...
the idea is to completely relax in a sequence of totally supported poses so that you can receive all of the benefits of conscious, passive and relaxed stretching.
each class will be entirely guided so that you can stay present + aware throughout.
it's like giving your body a big ol' hug!
this style of yoga is easily the most popular on our timetable, no surprises there!
this saturday we are hosting a 2 hour restorative workshop. you'll get to truly benefit from this practice as we slow down for 2 whole hours.
you'll leave feeling all gooey + restored.
