A baby’s first adjustment is such a special moment - especially when it’s your own. This is my son, Dylan, just one day old, receiving his first gentle adjustment from me, his mum and Chiropractor.

Even with a beautiful home birth in the water, little ones can still benefit from chiropractic care. After his adjustment, Dylan moved more freely and seemed so content. I truly believe it helped him thrive in those early days 💛

As we approach our 5th birthday, we can’t help but feel incredibly reflective and deeply grateful. This time of year always takes us back to this day we received the keys to our beautiful space—a day full of excitement, anticipation, and big dreams.

Our furniture and equipment were on their way, and our hearts were overflowing with ideas and hope. We envisioned creating a warm, welcoming community of families who shared our love for natural healthcare.

But what unfolded has been so much more than we ever imagined.

This clinic quickly became our second home. The children who came through our doors became my son’s first friends. Families began to gather here—not just for adjustments, but for connection. It became a place where mums could breastfeed, change a nappy, or simply take a breath, even without an appointment.

My own mum, Carolina —who many of you know—became a beautiful part of the space too. She’d hold your babies while you had your adjustment, answer the phone with the care of a mother, and gently guide new parents who didn’t have support on how to hold or care for their little ones.

This is the place where my son did his first roll, where I breastfed him between appointments, and where countless special moments have been shared.

The memories, the laughter, the generations of families who walk through our doors—this is what makes our space magical. It’s more than a clinic. It’s family. And we’re so thankful you’re part of it.
