We love our annual “Relay for life“ participation and helping out with physio services for anyone in need🩷Such a special community event and great cause!
Our new VALD force frame was very popular and everyone got very competitive during our calf strength competition! 😅💪🏻

Our wonderful massage therapist Matt will be having surgery in December. We will miss him whilst he is recovering over the New Year and aiming to be back in February 2026.
