Shoutout to our Leaders ✨

From Retreats to corporate events to corporate mental workshops, corporate wellness seminars to friends groups to team building days for businesses.

We have some serious Rockstar leaders amongst us who care enough about their people to organise sessions where they not just talk about the importance of looking after your mental health, they actually get to learn and practice the life changing benefits of Breathwork.

“Control the controllables”

One of my favourite sayings.

We can’t control everything in life. It will have its ups and downs.

Our mental health shapes the lens through which we view life. Our experience.

We feel sh*tty - there’s a good chance we will see the sh*tty in things.

It can be easy to do something like Breathwork when you feel there is a “need”.

Unfortunately that is usually a near breaking point.

And while – Thank God for Breathwork for this reason because it really can immediately change your mental and emotional state for the better, for permanent change we need regular practise.

When you’re feeling good, Breathwork will make you feel better.

When you’re feeling good, Breathwork will still take stress & anxiety from your body.

When you’re feeling good, Breathwork will still regulate your nervous system.

By doing the work when we’re feeling good we are investing in our mental health insurance policy.

It doesn’t mean that times will never get bad. It means that when those times come you will be able to handle them better, you won’t fall as low down into the pits of despair, and you will bounce back a lot faster.

Plus by having Breathwork as a regular practice it becomes part of your routine which means that consistency becomes so much easier. Sometimes when we are not feeling great the last thing we feel like doing is the very thing that is going to help us.

Sometimes when we are not feeling great we can’t be bothered or don’t want to do Breathwork even though it is the very thing that will help us in that moment.

When both work as a regular practice it is so much easier to stay in your practice when you need it the most.

What came first – the chicken or the breath?

When we are stressed, anxious, nervous, upset, our breathing changes dramatically.

When we have dysfunctional breathing patterns this can signal to your nervous system is something wrong even in the absence of an external stress.

Breathe like you’re stressed then you are telling your body that you are stressed and you’re nervous system is always listening.

First stop
✨ awareness

Second stop
✨ long slow breaths

Third stop
✨ belly chest upper chest. Not shallow breaths that just go into the upper chest

The Blood Red Moon in Virgo on 3rd March 2026 will mark the end of a cycle of mental tension and opens up a space where perfection ceases to be a protection.
The Key Message: For the past 18months we’ve been working perhaps unknowingly on control, perfectionism. The fear of doing things badly, the needs to be useful, efficient and unapproachable. This Eclipse brings this cycle to a close. It brings to light that little inner voice that still says “ It’s not enough, I must do better”.
This Moon isn’t trying to get us to act but to put down what’s exhausting us mentally.
It’s a deep Karmic reset.
We stop operating in survival mode. We understand that security doesn’t come from perfection but from survival to a Higher Power. That idea must become an experience.
This Full Moon will particularly affect the mutable Signs Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Sagittarius.
Virgo: End of a personal and Karmic cycle.
Pisces: Activation of the evolutionary path.
Gemini and Sagittarius: Questioning of beliefs, certainties and relationship dynamics.

Write a List of what you’re trying to control in your life. Then ask yourself honestly “ is this really protecting me? Or is it wearing me down?”.
Say: I no longer need to be perfect to be safe and Loved.
