🌅 What a Morning at WNOW Cronulla 🌅

Yesterday morning was something special , the summer feel, great conversations and fun exercise . WNOW Cronulla is a safe space to drop the body armour, share openly, and support each other through the challenges life throws our way. Along the journey, incredible friendships have been built.

What a stunner of a morning although most of our beautiful beach was washed away again. 33 men showed up and it was heartening to hear some of the powerful shares amongst the group. What a stunning morning with another epic sunrise 🌄. This morning one of the most impactful shares was around how minor incremental lifestyle changes can have a profound long-term impact. Great lesson for us all. If you’d like to join fill free to reach out. A very rough morning but the rain ☔️ unbelievably stayed away. It doesn’t rain at a WNOW Sunrise!
Cronulla was quiet but we ploughed ahead and done the coastal walk up past the cafes. Great connections and conversations. Some of the guys even popped into the rock pool 🥶 ! Join us next week 6am Wednesday the 9th July. Cronulla beach.
