We were down a good few of our regular crew this morning as some of our members are in Tasmania trekking for 7 days. However, the beach was back to its brillant best after a fresh dumping of sand and a rake from the tractor. Perfect for some tag rugby. 🏉. Some of the moves were worthy of Thursday night footy 😃. The men of WNOW (When No One’s Watching) are doing the annual 60 km Walk for Men’s Mental Health. The effort is symbolising the 60 men who take their own lives every hour around the world. 

The walk takes place on the 28/11/2025.

It’s rooted in connection, vulnerability and showing up for each other.

The beach was off-limits this morning, so we swapped the surf for a small walk and good chats along the way.

We also took a moment to appreciate the group of men from WNOW Cronulla heading to Tasmania this Sunday for their six-day hike. A big adventure and a fitting challenge. Wishing them luck, clear skies, and good luck on the trail.

It’s the same purpose that drives us at RSVP: helping people through life’s ups and downs by building genuine connections that can grow into love, friendship, and a sense of belonging.

🌅 Cronulla, what a morning!

20 degrees at 6am and over 30 men showed up ready to roll. Plenty of energy, great shares, and lots laughs to kick-start the day.

🎉 Happy 2nd Birthday, WNOW Cronulla! 🎉

Two years of great conversations, new friendships, and a thriving community. From that first session to now, we’ve built something special together, a place where showing up for yourself and others feels pretty damn good. Dropping the body armour, letting go of any egos and saying things as they are. Leaning in to discomfort and making lasting connections and friendships along the way.

A huge thank you to Alan Smyth for taking the lead and making all this happen two years ago and to the support crew working behind the scenes to keep it running smoothly week in, week out.

Here’s to another year of getting stronger, lifting each other up, and maybe even enjoying those finish-line burpees (okay, almost enjoying them 😉).

What a morning at WNOW Cronulla 🌊

Yesterday’s circle wasn’t just about catching up, it was about leaning in.

Men opening up, sharing stories that aren’t always easy to tell. Choosing discomfort over silence. Vulnerability over armour.

That’s where the real strength shows up,on the sand, in the dark, with mates who’ll listen without judgement.

What a stunner of a morning although most of our beautiful beach was washed away again. 33 men showed up and it was heartening to hear some of the powerful shares amongst the group.
