What a stunning morning with another epic sunrise 🌄. This morning one of the most impactful shares was around how minor incremental lifestyle changes can have a profound long-term impact. A very rough morning but the rain ☔️ unbelievably stayed away. It doesn’t rain at a WNOW Sunrise!
Cronulla was quiet but we ploughed ahead and done the coastal walk up past the cafes. Great connections and conversations. Some of the guys even popped into the rock pool 🥶 ! Join us next week 6am Wednesday the 9th July. Cronulla beach.

Every Wednesday morning, over 2000 blokes from around the world show up for each other.

They show up in the dark, in the cold, in the rain. Not only to do some exercise, but because they know the power of connection, of sharing a coffee, of saying “I’ve got you, mate.”

Another cold morning for the men of WNOW Cronulla who showed in great numbers. It was a particularly special morning as our co founder David Eccles received a special recognition award from “I AM HERE“
