In this busy life self care is often put WAAAAAAYYYYY at the bottom of the “to do” list, and trust me, I know what happens to a person when they dont look after themselves as well as they need to: physical issues, emotional up and down, feeling like you cant cope, for women: menstrual issues, for men: performance issues, getting irritated more often about little things, feeling like a T-Rex stomping around yelling at your kids...the list is endless.

Health and Wellness sessions are more than just me doing the work - each client is taken on a journey to become their own healer, to observe themselves, and to feel empowered to re-correct their own course when life blows them off!

This work is very deep, yet profound and many clients come back twice yearly for a “tweak” or “cocoon time” where they can go inward and relax and love themselves again.

Pregnancy Massage / Support

My focus has always been to support women through the season of having a baby/s. From trying to fall pregnant, to being pregnant, to the postnatal years - I have had the privilege of providing a safe space to relax, feel good, release anxiety and feel empowered.

I have used my remedial massage background to create a specific and specialised pregnancy massage treatment protocol for women in all stages of pregnancy. It incorporates meditation, plant medicine, yoga, energy healing as well as traditional myofascial, deep tissue and remedial massage techniques. Over the last fifteen years I have employed many therapists and trained them in my approach. I have helped “normalise” pregnancy massage and helped make pregnancy massage mainstream. When I first started there were minimal women offering this service - and you will still find massage therapists who are “afraid” to work on a pregnant woman.

Through the years I have helped create a safe and respected (by health professionals) treatment, that women have benefited from during not just their first, but all of their pregnancies. I have also created a very successful Labour Support technique, which helps women to go into labour naturally. This is a special technique that must be done in co-operation with your health care professional.

As an experinced wellness therapist, I offer counselling and energy healing (Emotion Code / Body Code) in order to help women to release their fears, and feel more empowered. I have also worked with many women for their birthing fears, and helped them to have incredibly successful and empowered birth experiences.

Each client is different and requires a different approach to help them feel better.
