About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with over-the-counter sales, managing stock, and supporting the pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assisting customers with product recommendations and enquiries

✅ Processing sales and handling transactions

✅ Stock management, including restocking and merchandising

✅ Assisting in scripts in/out counter at times (s2s3)

✅ Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔️ A friendly and team-oriented attitude

✔️ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

✔️ Retail or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)

✔️ Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday

✔️Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

✔️Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic work ethic

✔️Effective verbal and written communication skills

✔️Professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality
