10 things you didn’t know about me, soooooo, let me re-introduce myself…….😘

1. I love the smell of fresh wet grass & wet dogs on a rainy day.
2. I went solo up my first mountain with my ski gear 😳 on two chair lifts in Austria, I was 3. (Rebel)
3. I am great at climbing through small windows & breaking in, if required. (Ninja)
4. I can touch my nose easily with my tongue.
5. As a kid, I loved building home made go carts with the boys down the street. (Tomboy)
6. I'm a MAVERICK, so I will always find a way to do something.
7. I’ve failed more times than succeeded, developing resilience & limitless passion (POWER duo). šŸ”„
8. I never want to stop growing and learning, so I will never grow up! Haha... 🤣

Pay attention to each mouthful.

Can you truly immerse into the experience, where you are still and aware?

Or are you distracted?
Eating so fast you miss the experience.

The beauty is with daily deep meditation your choices in food naturally change, habits shift to healthier ones and you actually eat less.

As you are more present & relaxed.

We are like plants, 🪓 and your central nervous system is like a tree with many branches called the peripheral nervous system.

To develop the tree firstly requires nourishing the seed, and mantra powered meditation (deep meditation) gives you a precious seed to nourish and it begins in your 🧠

We need green food
We need light ( the sun & moon)
We need daily watering ( water)

And a commitment to daily practice.

A reflective share after lunch today, homemade is always the best.
