In these challenging times, it's hard to stay calm and centred when life right now is so full of uncertainty, stress, loneliness, boredom, and a myriad of other emotions. Taking time to stop, in mindfulness, can really help to find your inner wisdom and ground you.
Join our Embodied Mindfulness Group to explore how resting in awareness and coming home to the body can relieve stress, increase self-awareness, and foster compassion. Each week, you will be guided through mindfulness practices designed to immerse you in present moment awareness and deepen your experience of embodiment. These practices will also help to facilitate a rich exploration of your inner world, all within a safe and confidential group environment.
The group will be facilitated by Scott Kelly, a provisional psychologist and somatic psychotherapist, trained in the Hakomi method and working at Grow Mindfully: Centre for Psychology and Health. Scott is an experienced meditator and has a keen interest in helping others discover the benefits of a regular embodied mindfulness practice.
The group will be held online, for 8 weeks, on Tuesdays 6pm-7:30pm, commencing 24th August. Cost $160.
