In these challenging times, it's hard to stay calm and centred when life right now is so full of uncertainty, stress, loneliness, boredom, and a myriad of other emotions. Taking time to stop, in mindfulness, can really help to find your inner wisdom and ground you.

Join our Embodied Mindfulness Group to explore how resting in awareness and coming home to the body can relieve stress, increase self-awareness, and foster compassion. Each week, you will be guided through mindfulness practices designed to immerse you in present moment awareness and deepen your experience of embodiment. These practices will also help to facilitate a rich exploration of your inner world, all within a safe and confidential group environment.

The group will be facilitated by Scott Kelly, a provisional psychologist and somatic psychotherapist, trained in the Hakomi method and working at Grow Mindfully: Centre for Psychology and Health. Scott is an experienced meditator and has a keen interest in helping others discover the benefits of a regular embodied mindfulness practice.

The group will be held online, for 8 weeks, on Tuesdays 6pm-7:30pm, commencing 24th August. Cost $160.

To find out more or to book, go to www.growmindfully.com.au and send an Appointment Request for more information about the Mindfulness Group.

We are a group private practice of independent psychologists, psychotherapists and health practitioners, located in Crows Nest, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Happy 1st Birthday Grow Mindfully!
On 13th August 2018, Jo and I started seeing our clients at Grow Mindfully - it was very exciting, but also very empty, having the whole space for just the two of us! Now Grow Mindfully is one year old, and we have a fabulous group of 11 of us. There is still lots I have to do to help us grow bigger, but I’m so thrilled with the warm, supportive, friendly, and fun community of fabulous practitioners we have created so far.

The Grow Mindfully team did a great job today at the Bravehearts 777 marathon event in Sydney today. Karen Baikie and Ian Reid completed their first half marathon and Phoebe Herring finished her third full marathon. Grow Mindfully was also the highest fundraiser from Sydney. Thanks to all those who supported us. It’s not too late to make a donation to this very worthy cause, to support the 1 in 5 Aussie kids who experience sexual assault:

On the 5th July, Grow Mindfully will be supporting Bravehearts, Australia's leading child protection organisation. Some of our practitioners are participating in Bravehearts running event in Sydney as part of their 777 marathon week. This annual event helps to raise money and awareness to help children and their families who have been impacted by childhood sexual assault. Bravehearts also provides education programmes to schools in an effort to protect, empower and educate children.

Phoebe Herring will be completing the 42km marathon, whilst Karen Baikie and Ian Reid will be completing the 21km half marathon - or at least that is our intention!

We'd love to have your fundraising support. Fundraising can be done by joining the Grow Mindfully team fundraising page:
