Our Story
I was a IT Implementation Consultant and later an IT Pre-Sales Solution Consultant responsible for developing eCommerce and Business to Business (B2B) solutions for almost 15 years. This involved gathering business and technical requirements from business customers and internal teams to respond with a proposal and price back to the customer. This was a rewarding career, however I experienced high levels of stress and was always very busy – a product of my decisions. During my journey to find balance and happiness, I developed an interest in yoga (from 2005) and meditation (from 2008). Study in other techniques and modalities followed, and the first to be certified is Kinesiology and NLP.
Known as Specialised Kinesiology (not to be confused with Chiropractor’s Applied Kinesiology or conventional medicine’s Kinesiology or human kinetics) I found it to be a powerful way to help myself and others approach problems in a different way. I also studied Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy, and a short course in Hypnotherapy, and I’ve added these to his tools to my capabilities to deliver results for clients.
I’m currently studying Kinergetics, and have certified in Units 1 - 4, with units 5 and 6 (Trauma) on the list to do.
I have the following titles:
