An absolutely amazing sound bath session with Brad from Inner Grove Wisdom.

So blessed to have 14 people attending ( thank you to the 4 people who let me know they were unable to attend)
Having 6 new people to the spiritual cauldron was also a blessing.🙏

I have now been inspired to offer my meditation sessions.
I will be offering guided meditation with singing bowls early next year ( from February ) so please watch out for updates!!
I'm feeling Sunday afternoon's.
Please feel free to comment on days/times that you would like, as I can accommodate most days.

For now, I wish everyone the blessings for the new year, the Chinese year( from 17th February)of the Horse- freedom, adventure & action as we say thank you to the past year of the Wood Snake, the year of shedding what no longer serves us.
