Boot camp for the kids

Last year our beautiful daughter spent some time in the Royal Children’s Hospital and for a period of time, we really weren’t sure if she would make it out.

The Royal Children’s Hospital provided us with so much support, guidance and found the problem out with our daughter and were able to fix it.
We were told it was the only hospital in Australia that could what was required to help her and that shines a light on how important the place is.

We are therefore raising money through bootcamps - all details are on the flyer.
We will be providing some food on the days for every one who attends

We aim to raise $700 through these bootcamps and have had word that will match what is raised on the day.

Life can be overwhelming whether you have kids or not.

That’s why we pride ourselves on giving people exercise programs that suit their life.
Hobbies, family life, work/study and friends all are important to our lives, so each of those factors in the the amount of training and the depth of intensity.

We have seen how having a busy life can impact nervous systems and we make sure we do what we can now send someone’s nervous system further in to overdrive.

Boot camps…

A great way to increase fitness, burn fat and meet other like minded people.

If you’re interested, send us a message as we have limited spots available.

Can promise a good time, sweat and a laugh.

Also, stay tuned as we look to have 3+ bootcamps running on April 4th where all proceeds will go towards the Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal which is a cause close to our heart after our daughter spent 21 days in there last year.

Training with a partner or in a small group under the guidance of a PT offers far more than just shared workouts. It creates accountability without pressure, making it easier to show up consistently, even on low-energy days. The shared environment brings motivation and energy, where people support each other through tough moments and celebrate small wins together. This sense of connection reduces the isolation many feel around exercise and replaces it with belonging, safety, and encouragement.

Small group training also allows for the best of both worlds: individual coaching within a community setting. A PT can still tailor movements, provide modifications, and ensure safe, effective technique, while the group dynamic keeps sessions engaging and enjoyable. Over time, this combination leads to better adherence, stronger habits, and more sustainable results — not because people push harder, but because training becomes something they actually look forward to.

And if a Personal trainer isn’t your go for whatever reason then grab a friend or family member and train with them. You will without a doubt feel the benefit.

Our training is always focused on the individual and we take in the whole life before we even start a program.

Your whole life matters and what you do, you want to stick at forever otherwise the health results won’t last either.

There is a solution but so often we’re looking for perfect when perfect doesn’t exist, but now exists and starting now can be slow and it can look and feel horrible, but it’s a start and a start keeps you going.

Three years in the making.

Our aim was to create an environment where our kids didn’t feel like that had to exercise but they knew it was a choice and a normal everyday behaviour.

They continually show glimpses as they watch our clients train and as they watch us train. We promote it so they pick up the skills themselves and it becomes habitual for them.

Today was huge
Dad- “I’m going for a run, I’ll be back soon”

Son- “can I come?”

Dad- “Yep, let’s do it”

Ran 1km without stopping and did 5 x 70m sprints. Huge effort for a four year old doing it via his own choice.

A huge credit goes to his mum, and every one of our clients who turn up to train and let our kids watch and be a part of it. Because of their surroundings exercise is just part of life.

Some of the biggest wins we see as personal trainers aren’t the heaviest lifts or the fastest times — they’re the quiet, everyday moments. We teach, we guide, and we keep you accountable — but most importantly, we help you build a body that supports the life you want to live. Functional training isn’t about looking a certain way; it’s about moving through your world with freedom, ease, and a little more joy.

Yesterday we ran our first bootcamp since before COVID.

We wanted to get back in to it, but make it more meaningful.

Yesterday we had 8 people come in to do our ‘500 session’ where all money would be donated to charity.

This bootcamp we chose to donate and we have sent off $80.

Those who came absolutely smashed the session!

Stay tuned for more details as we look to re-launch our bootcamps in 2026 which will be in Highton, Geelong.
