Hello, my dear friends,
Today, I want to reveal a powerful secret about the deep connection between your feet and your kidney energy.
Your kidneys are the wellspring of your vitality, and their energy is rooted in the soles of your feet. When your feet grow cold, it’s more than just discomfort—it drains your kidney energy, leaving you vulnerable to illness.
And as spring approaches, this loss of energy can leave you feeling depleted, unable to fully embrace the season’s vibrant possibilities. To thrive in the coming months, it’s essential to protect your feet now. Keeping them warm and nurtured through winter is the key to preserving your strength and vitality, so you can step into spring with renewed energy and vitality.
Here I want to share with you a few simple exercises to strengthen and protect your feet.
👉Massaging bottom of feet ‘bubbling spring’ point (left side of picture) Massage the bottom of your foot (where the lines meet) You can do these as often as you like. Try to do them once or twice a day.
👉 Massaging the arches of your feet. Massage along the edge of the bone, starting from the base of your big toe and moving to the end of the bone. Continuously pushing the energy from the base of your big toe along your arches. (This is good for those that are on their feet a lot)
Massaging your feet is a deeply nourishing practice for your kidney energy, offering a simple yet profound way to revitalize your body. While it’s beneficial to massage your entire foot, there are two key areas that hold the most power: the Bubbling Spring point at the sole and the arch.
When you focus on these areas, you tap into some of the most potent energy pathways.
Always begin with your left foot, allowing it to guide you into a state of relaxation. Starting with the left foot signals your brain to release natural feel-good hormones, helping you ease into the process with calm and clarity. Then, move to the right foot, continuing to nurture your energy.
As you massage, remember this vital step: call upon your master’s energy, connect with your heart, and visualize love flowing from your hands into the area you're working on. This infusion of love turns your massage into a powerful healing tool.
Never forget—love is the most potent form of healing energy, and it has the power to transform you from the inside out.
Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin
