Elissa’s High Protein Oat Bars! 💪

These choc chip oat bars are super simple and taste delicious! Perfect snack to get you through the day.

INGREDIENTS 🍫
2 large eggs
1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
1/2 cup protein peanut butter
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1tsp vanilla extract
1tbs sugar free maple syrup
1 cup almond four
1/2 organic Rolled or quick oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Sea salt flakes for topping

METHOD 🥣
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C.
2️⃣ Grease a small dish
3️⃣ Mix together all wet ingredients into a bowl.
4️⃣ Add in remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
5️⃣ Fold in choc chips.
6️⃣ Pour into dish and add sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
7️⃣ Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes (do not over cook).
8️⃣ Let cool and enjoy!
