Hyperindependence, also known as "keeping busy," doesn't just stop with scheduling tasks or relaxation. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ This trauma coping mechanism often stems from adverse childhood experiences or neglect, leading to extreme stress and burnout. ๐Ÿ˜” Being organized only addresses the problem on the surface.

โœจ Over two years ago, I suffered from burnout and major health problems. It wasnโ€™t until I made significant changes in my lifeโ€”asking for help, looking after myself, identifying the source of the problem, dealing with the limiting beliefs, and learning to delegateโ€”that I truly began to heal. โค๏ธ

๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ Let me share how I learned the deep connection between past traumas and our daily behaviors. ๐Ÿ˜Š We all experience difficult events in life, whether big or small. ๐Ÿ˜” What I've realized is that these experiences can shape how we see the world around us - a phenomenon known as confirmation bias.

๐ŸŒ For example, if someone was betrayed by a close friend, they may start to distrust people more easily.

1. **People-Pleasing and Lack of Boundaries**: Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from constantly trying to please everyone around them. They struggle with setting boundaries, fearing that saying "no" will lead to disappointment or conflict. Together, we work on recognizing this pattern and understanding that their worth isnโ€™t tied to others' approval. By learning to set healthy boundaries, they start to prioritize their own needs and regain control over their lives.

2. **Fear of Failure**: Fear of failure is a huge barrier for many professional women. It prevents them from taking risks and pursuing their true passions.
