Big weekend down at Bright for my first Spartans!
21km 30 obstacles and 1000m of elevation 🪜🌋🏃‍♀️
I had no idea what I was in for but I am so grateful to my training to get me through!
We are big advocates for getting out and doing the type of exercise you enjoy (and scares you a bit) and I can say I will be adding these sorts of events to my calendar!
Thank you to and for your patience and getting this done with me! 🩵

WELCOME TANIKKA 🙌🏼
EVR Therapies is excited to announce a new Myotherapist! 🤲🏼
Tanikka graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Myotherapy) and has a Certificate III in Fitness. 🎓
Tanikka has worked in the fitness industry as a coach for 5 years, which has driven a strong interest for sport related injuries and passion for helping her clients achieve optimal performance and function. As an aspiring CrossFit athlete, Tanikka understands at a deeper level the importance of sport specific treatment and rehabilitation.
Tanikka utilises a holistic and evidence-based approach when working with clients and has a particular interest in chronic pain and pain science.
Outside of work, you can find Tanikka throwing a barbell around her local CrossFit gym and spending time with her two little dachshunds Ruby and Luna 🏋🏽‍♀️🐶
From the 25th of March, Tanikka will be based at EVR Therapies on Mondays and Thursdays!🌿

MEET EVR 🤲🏼
Hey! I’m Emma, the Director of EVR Therapies. There are some new faces here so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. 👋🏼
I am a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist and have worked in the industry for over five years.
I am passionate about providing a safe, holistic, patient-centred environment for my patients and to equip them with the tools to live a healthy, active lifestyle and manage their pain or injury successfully.
I have experience treating a wide range of presentations in both the clinic and athlete setting, but have a particular interest in working with patients with chronic pain, headaches and lower back injuries.
When I am not at work I enjoy an active lifestyle centred around my border collie Zig as well as running and hiking. 🐶🥾🏃🏽‍♀️
Come and see me at the clinic on Tuesdays through to Saturdays! 🌿

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 🎄🎅🏼🎆
EVR Therapies will be closed from Sunday 24th December and back on Tuesday 9th January. We have a lot of exciting things to look forward to in 2024 and can’t wait for the next year ahead.
Enquiries and changes to appointments will be responded to within 48 hours over this time.

The end of my biggest era yet 💙
Today is my last day working at . The last two years have been the most amazing, challenging, rewarding time of my career.
This place has become so much more than a gym I worked out of. I have made friends for life, stepped out of my comfort zone, had so much fun and fell in love with this amazing sport we call CrossFit.
Thank you to and for being the best people to work with. CrossFit has become more than anything I would have expected it to be. I have met so many amazing humans (and puppies) along the way and learnt so much.
I can’t wait to begin my journey at next week and enter the next phase for EVR!
Thank you to everyone who has supported my small business journey, I love my job because of you.
