NEW Monday night injury triage clinic!

Have you suffered an injury playing sport? Do you want some guidance on where to begin your rehabilitation journey? Our physiotherapists can provide this guidance! They will map out a return to sport pathway, whether that involves medical imaging or a referral to another multidisciplinary practitioner.

Injury assessments run for 15 minutes from 4-5pm and 6-7pm every Monday. These assessments are FREE!!

4 New Exercise Classes with our Exercise Physiologist, Lily Ireland, will be introduced to the class timetable from Tuesday the 22nd of April.

Please note that all classes require an initial Exercise Physiology assessment prior to booking, to ensure exercises are tailored to your individual goals.

New class times:
Falls Prevention & Balance – Tuesdays 1:30pm (50 mins)
Women’s Strength – Tuesdays 4pm & Thursdays 1:30pm (50 mins)
Strength For All – Thursdays 4pm (50 mins)
