Meet Roger, one of the friendly faces here at Nurturing Hands! 🌟

Roger brings a unique perspective to his role as a Disability Support Worker. Before joining us, he spent 10 years in law enforcement and rehabilitation with the Department of Justice, giving him a deep-seated passion for helping others find their way forward.

Roger works closely with participants living with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), Autism, and supports our elderly community members. He’s a true hands-on guy: a handyman who loves gardening, cooking, and music. You’ll often find him organising fun social outings, gym visits, or hydrotherapy sessions to help participants stay active and connected with their loved ones. 🌳🏊‍♂️

He understands the pressure and stress that can come with caring for a family member and is here to offer the support and expertise to help you navigate those challenges. We are so proud to have him in our community! 🧡
