We are seeking dynamic and exceptional PCAs staff to be part of our team. As a PCA your responsibilities will be to provide personal care as directed by the office manager.

We are in Croydon VIC 3136. If you cannot manage the transportation, please do NOT apply.

The successful candidate will have:

Certificate III in Aged Care (Required)
Must be experienced (prefer 5+ years)
Must be able to do medications
Current Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Strong communication skills
Team player qualities
Reliable and flexible
Multiple Personal Support Assistant / PCAs Required For Weekdays Morning shift, Afternoon shift, Night Shift and Weekend shift

Part-time hours: 16-26 per week

Our respite care service is ideal for recovery, rest or a trial stay. During your stay you'll enjoy meeting new people and warm conversations over fresh, nutritious meals cooked daily, in-house group activities.

No government assessment required! No ACAT/ACAS required! No waiting list!

Respite guests stay in a private single room with ensuite and enjoy the peace-of-mind of having a care team available 24/7.

Dorset Lodge offers an alternative to traditional aged care. Our respite care service is ideal for recovery, rest or a trial stay. We also provide shore term, middle term and long term accomodation with supported independent living services (SIL) to the people with disabilities (NDIS participants).
