What is bursitis of the shoulder?

If you are currently suffering from inflammation, swelling or other painful symptoms caused by shoulder bursitis, then it is highly likely that this is starting to affect your work, sleep and lifestyle.

Bursitis of the shoulder (impingement syndrome) occurs when there is swelling and redness between the top of the arm bone and the tip of the shoulder Between these bones lie the tendons of the rotator cuff and a fluid-filled sac called the bursa, which protects the tendons.

Normally, the tendons slide effortlessly within this space.
In some people this space becomes too narrow for normal motion. This causes irritation to the tendons and bursa, which become inflamed.Inflammation causes the tendons and bursa to swell, making the space for movement still smaller eventually, this space becomes too narrow for the tendons and the bursa .Every time they move, they are pinched between the bones. This is the
impingement.
Chinese Herbs (Moxibustion) treatment has been helpful in treatment of this condition.

Treatment for plantar fasciitis

1. Plantar fasciitis is most commonly caused by repetitive strain injury to the ligament of the sole of the foot.
2 .Such strain injury can be from excessive running or walking, inadequate foot wear Plantar fasciitis (inflammation to the plantar fascia ligament) is most commonly caused by strain injury causing micro tears to the ligament as it attaches to the heel bone or other areas of tightness on the sole of the foot.
3. The plantar fascia is the largest ligament in the human body.
4. The main symptoms of plantar fasciitis include

Tennis Elbow/Golf Elbow

1) Tennis Elbow caused by repetitive stress of the forearm, arm, and hand muscles that pe*****te the elbow—even if you’ve never swung a tennis racket.

2)Tennis elbow can strike anyone who overuses the tendons in the forearm, close to the the elbow, which explains the placement of pain.

3)Repetitive stress of the forearm tendons will often cause damage (or tiny tears) in the forearm tendons as well as chronic inflammation

4) People often overwork the tendons in the wrist and forearm when they swing a racket. However, working duties ,painting, house work, cooking, typing at a computer or recreational activities (texting) can also cause a painful case of tennis elbow to develop.

5)Treatment of tennis elbow may require at least 4-5 sessions as determined by your therapist.
