🤸‍♀️ Meet Emma Wallace – Physiotherapist 🤸‍♀️

Emma graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and has been working in private practice ever since. She is highly passionate about treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, combining hands-on manual therapy with dry needling, shockwave therapy, and Pilates-based rehabilitation.

Emma has a particular interest in working with gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders, drawing on her own experience competing in high-level gymnastics for 13 years. This gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands of these sports and allows her to tailor treatment and rehabilitation programs for optimal performance and injury prevention.

✨ Meet Indianna Alexandra – Physiotherapist & Home Visit Physiotherapist ✨

Indi has a strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular focus on hip and lower back conditions. She also enjoys guiding clients through Pilates-based rehabilitation and supporting recovery from sports injuries — including ACL rehab and post-surgical care.

With additional training in dry needling, shockwave therapy, and Pilates, Indi blends hands-on treatment with targeted exercise programs to help clients achieve their best recovery and performance.

We’re thrilled to have Indi as part of our team, providing quality care both in the clinic and out in the community. 💙

Cameron completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and brings a calm, evidence-based approach to every session. He has a special interest in treating shoulder, knee, and lower back conditions, and is passionate about helping patients move with confidence again.

Cameron also provides vestibular physiotherapy, home-based care for older adults, shockwave therapy, and sports rehabilitation — always focusing on long-term, meaningful outcomes tailored to each individual.

🌟 Rhiannon Pigdon – Senior Physiotherapist & Clinical Lead 🌟

Rhiannon brings a wealth of experience to our team, holding a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has worked across both hospital and private practice settings and has a strong passion for helping people overcome musculoskeletal injuries and supporting women’s health.

As a qualified Clinical Pilates clinician, Rhiannon blends hands-on therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation. She is also trained in shockwave therapy and dry needling, offering a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Rhiannon has worked with elite sporting teams, including Melbourne Victory Youth and NW Wanderers soccer, and loves helping athletes of all levels stay at their best.

We’re excited to reintroduce Rhiannon and the incredible expertise she brings to our clinic! 💙
