🏉 Meet Riley Nicholas – Physiotherapist 🏉

Riley holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy and has experience working across both hospital and private practice settings. He treats a wide range of sporting, joint, and muscle injuries, with particular interests in lower back, hip, knee, and ankle conditions.

Riley has worked with elite athletes and has supported the Eastern Ranges Football Club. He is passionate about helping local sporting clubs and athletes throughout Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs return to sport safely and perform at their best.

His rehabilitation approach focuses on tailored treatment programs combined with strength and conditioning to support long-term recovery and improved performance.

A lifelong local, Riley has a strong connection to grassroots sport and enjoys football, basketball, and soccer. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him staying active through running, the gym, or playing football. 💙

🏀 Meet Jessica Toone – Physiotherapist 🏀

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, bringing a strong sport science background to her clinical practice. She is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management, with personal experience in representative basketball.

Jessica is trained in Clinical Pilates, shockwave therapy, and the GLA:D® program for hip and knee osteoarthritis. She is known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach and loves supporting patients on their journey back to moving and feeling their best.

🤸‍♀️ Meet Emma Wallace – Physiotherapist 🤸‍♀️

Emma graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and has been working in private practice ever since. She is highly passionate about treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, combining hands-on manual therapy with dry needling, shockwave therapy, and Pilates-based rehabilitation.

Emma has a particular interest in working with gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders, drawing on her own experience competing in high-level gymnastics for 13 years. This gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands of these sports and allows her to tailor treatment and rehabilitation programs for optimal performance and injury prevention.

Rhiannon brings a wealth of experience to our team, holding a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has worked across both hospital and private practice settings and has a strong passion for helping people overcome musculoskeletal injuries and supporting women’s health.

As a qualified Clinical Pilates clinician, Rhiannon blends hands-on therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation. She is also trained in shockwave therapy and dry needling, offering a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Rhiannon has worked with elite sporting teams, including Melbourne Victory Youth and NW Wanderers soccer, and loves helping athletes of all levels stay at their best.
