After seeing over 4,000 clients for various addictions, including smoking, I've gotten into a rhythm of how to get people to quit smoking quickly.

Before people quit, this is what they ask, with Quit Smoking...
- Do I need Patches?
- Can I smoke on Weekends?
- Can I be around other smokers?
- Can I quit later?
Etc....

The truth is that all you need to do is to break the habit and get your emotional needs met.
You can break a habit by simply not having ci******es around.
Getting your emotional needs met is more complicated.
