Our Admin & Nursing staff will be attending an education session between 1-3pm.
During this time, our doors will be closed and our phones will not be answered.
Laura closure will be slightly extended to allow travel time for those staff to attend.
Phone consults will continue as usual, however any scripts, letters etc will not be sent or available for pick-up until after 3:30pm.

✉️ Forgot your appointment?

We understand that life is busy, and these things can be overlooked.

We ask that if you are unable to make it to your appointment, that you call us at least an hour in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Last month we had 51 missed appointments with our GPs!
As a result our ‘Did Not Attend’ Policy will be re-enforced from today 1/4/25.
In short: First and second missed appointments will receive a letter reminding you to cancel ahead of time and advising that the third missed appointment will result in a fee of $30+gst. This fee will need to be paid ahead of any future bookings.

Please be advised that SA Pathology introduced online booking for the Bowman Street collection centre.

To book, please use the QR code (available at the clinic or on the back of SOME pathology request forms).
Numbers will still be given to people in the order of arrival, but bookings will be given priority.

📣 Your regular GP may be tricky to see for a short while, as they will be taking on a supervisory role - just while our registrars settle in.

👋🏼 We welcome Dr Lauren Mormile to Crystal Brook Medical Practice! She will be with us for the next 10wks!👋🏼

To kick off 2025, our Term 1 Interns head off to start their rural rotations today! 🩺

Our R2R Intern Clinical Director, Dr Tim Kelly, facilitated the Orientation at our office yesterday to help prepare the Interns for their 10-week rotation in country.

We wish them a great rural generalist experience!

This program provides a valuable early career rural generalist (RG) clinical experience for interns based in metropolitan hospitals.
