Probably one of my favourite podcasts to date about ADHD…it’s positive and practical.
It’s makes me appreciate Finding Nemo even more and have a soft spot for Dory.
For all those Dories out there…just keep swimming!! 🐠

Fist pumps 🤛 when our little people make gains. They might be so little to some like finally taking their bag in from the car, or finally automatically recognising “-ing” at the end of a word when reading, or sharing with a sibling without being asked. For some children, these skills come so easily but for others it may have taken a thousand models, examples and explanations until it clicks 💡
