✨FIRST FULL MOON OF 2024✨

The first Full Moon of the year shines some much needed beautiful light in our lives. A Leo Moon is enthusiastic, fun, and full of life. Leo brings us hope and reminds us of the inner strength and courage we carry deep within. We could feel more energized and eager to express our individualities during this Full Moon.

The polarity between the Leo Moon and the Aquarius Sun is that of expressing ourselves as an extrovert (Leo) and as an introvert (Aquarius.) This Full Moon is encouraging us to create healthier boundaries within our friendships and relationships of all kinds.

Full Moons bring a sense of illumination and helps to push suppressed stuff to the surface. Stuff that we need to release. Whatever surfaces for you, the Leo Moon can help you face it with courage🙌

This Full Moon forms a square to Jupiter. In astrology, squares can bring up conflict and tension; but possibly in the best way we need. This extra boost of influence can help bring us the confidence we need to shoot for the stars! With that said, we should be careful of overdoing it or even over indulging.

Be aware of this persistent feeling
that there is something more to do
in order to attain freedom.
Somehow, you have been brought
to a stage where you are encouraged
to leave aside all intentions,
desires, judgements, attachments and fantasies,
and to simply remain quiet inside your being.

Mind is inclined to say this is not enough.
It is suggesting you take some action.
However, the Master tells you to keep quiet
and to focus on the silence of your Heart
rather than the rush of the mind.
You are advised to avoid the sense of waiting
for something to happen.
There may arise a little tension
because of this advice to not go
with the movements of the mind.
Learn to identify and be with your own silence
by observing the tensions encircling it.
Observe rather than react.
Again, keep quiet.
Stay only as awareness.
