Please note changes to our billing procedure from today July 31st 2025:
When booking either a New Patient, Telehealth Consult or Telephone Consult at Lower Eyre Family Practice, you will be sent an SMS from HotDoc asking you to store your debit/credit card details to confirm your appointment.
No payment will take place until after your appointment.
You may also be asked directly by our reception team to pre-pay your appointment. They will send you an SMS from HotDoc asking for pre-payment with your stored card details.
In the event of an unpaid account after the provided service, you will receive multiple SMS from HotDoc requesting payment.
We encourage you to download the HotDoc app.
Through the HotDoc app you will be sent ‘push notifications’ regarding all your future bookings and payments, so you can be sure the messages are from their secure and trusted HotDoc platform.

Our Mobile Service Centre ‘Kangaroo Paw II' will be visiting Coolgardie & Norseman from 23 June to 24 June. Our staff can help you and your family with payments and services for Medicare and Centrelink, as well as information about Department of Veterans’ Affairs and the National Disability Insurance Scheme programs and services.
