So yesterday arvo I had a bit of an oopsy down some stairs. Unfortunately this will mean a few weeks off my feet with at least 2 of the ligaments torn. The ankle is definitely the worst, but I never do anything in halves, so also did my knee on the opposite side and shoulder 😅
I've been in touch with most appointments for this week, and am waiting to see how long I will out of action for. Apart from the pain, I also feel awful for needing to cancel appointments. Particularly as several this week were Christmas gifts/vouchers 😔 I appreciate everyone's understanding, it's definitely not the start to the year I had planned!

My VA clinic admin Michelle works remotely, and between clinic appointments and travel (and the clinic phone being on silent) I can't/don't answer it either 🙃
Email ensures continuity, that correct information is passed on, as well as a streamlined efficient system to communicate through 😊
This also means there are appointments available rather than spending hours on the phone each day, and minimises the very real burnout potential as a professional connected to their phone and business 24/7. I want to keep giving everyone my absolute best and full attention in each and every appointment, and using email helps that happen.

That's a wrap for 2025.
What a year it's been. So many changes and growth!

💥 Added Bruce Rock and another private clinic location to the list, making SEVEN locations for appointments.

💥 Brought the most advanced clinical thermal imaging technology for breast health, injury rehab/prevention and holistic wellness available in the world, to Australia.

💥 New complimentary coffee and refreshments station, and revamped waiting area to make travelling and waiting more comfortable. Who doesn't love a cold drink or coffee and snacks to keep you going?

💥 Invited to present at my first public speaking event at a clinical conference, along side surgeons and doctors to share my research and case studies on clinical thermography.

💥 Added the most amazing massage chair to the Cunderdin clinic that can scan your body and design a treatment just for you. Or manually choose from the hundreds of customised options. The next vest thing to a hands on appointment with me and opens up more bookings available.

💥 Started qualifications to offer Intergrative Functional Medicine services to bridge the gap between alternative and mainstream clinical pathways, get to the root cause of health dysfunctions, and support you on your journey of getting answers and moving towards optimal health.

💥 The biggest and most important thing to list, is making a difference to you all as my clients. Yesterday I spent the day in Perth at the Body Worlds exhibition with a friend and fellow equine body worker.
To say it was interesting is an understatement!
Apart from the obvious professional fascination of how the body works, I was quite surprised at a few of the displays, and how they showed the internal organs. The biggest was how really squished in our intestines are in the abdominal cavity! There is no spare space, and to think, us women also somehow fit a baby in there as well! Not to mention all the digestive issues that develop. So many nooks and crannies for dysfunctions to develop.
Highly recommend even if you aren't interested from a professional point of view. There were quite a few kids walking through the exhibits, but EVERYTHING is still in tact and attached on display.....🫣
