Personal experience! - I have been suffering from a really bad pain in the neck for about a year, but not without trying a lot of different therapies. To the point of it being debilitating. It has caused tiredness, irritability and & just a lack of want to exercise. I've hidden a lot of my frustration and pain, With no luck.

The beginning of July 2019 I started a Keto lifestyle change. Within one week I noticed my neck wasn't hurting and I could actually stretch my head from side to side without pain or lack of movement. I realized the only thing I had done was change my eating regime. Don't get me wrong I don't eat processed food or sweet food or drinks as a rule. I was so strict on my new regime it paid off so quickly, It reduced whatever was causing inflammation in my body. I am so pain-free it's crazy. I have more energy, really don't get any cravings and feel full easily.

The only reason I'm posting this is that, so many of us suffer from aches and pains and generally I can't just, massage them away for clients. It's also great for toning, detoxing & helping some reduce there toxic input of sugary, processed foods.
