I know I'm not alone, when pain takes over and you can't seem to get out of your head about the frustration of it all, not being able to get on top of it, and not wanting to do anything that might make it worse.

Sometimes we need to get out of our own heads and just do something... this was me this morning.

I feel better for taking action, doing a short, slow, gentle walk. Baby steps, but I got this 🦵💪

Hi all! I'm sorry to advise that we have had to change venues for our upcoming Ikise Skincare Workshop that was scheduled for Thursday, 16 October.

Our new venue will be the Dome Cafe in Wanneroo, where we will have a private room that can be closed off from the cafe, so we can relax during our luxe skin treatments 🤗

We are now limited to only 12 seats, so make sure you grab a ticket early so you don't miss out!

I hope those who had registered an interest in coming can make this new date (time has also been moved from 7.30pm to 7pm), and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Feeling energised today, so did my morning walk which I haven't done in a few days. It is finally feeling like Spring, and it's amazing how much more motivated and energised you feel when the weather is warmer and the sun is shining ☀

I feel so lucky to do what I do, sharing natural wellness solutions with others, having a beautiful, caring and nurturing team of women sharing this dream alongside me, and having the time and financial freedom to keep doing what I am most passionate about 🙏
