Today I decided to get back to a little self-care time. It felt good!. After almost three years away, I finally slipped back into an infrared sauna… and goodness, I’d forgotten how deeply restorative it is.

There’s something about that gentle, radiant heat that melts tension out of your shoulders, steadies your nervous system, and reminds your body how to exhale again. I found it was a great time to do my directional breathing, and try to work out the kinks that develop as a result of my crooked spine.

Infrared therapy works differently than traditional saunas—it warms you from the inside out, helping increase circulation, support detox pathways, ease tight muscles, and give your skin that soft, post-sauna glow. It’s a quiet kind of magic.

It's been a while and it's time to re-introduce myself — not just the “business me,” but the real me. The woman who’s lived a big, beautiful, messy, courageous life… and built something meaningful from it.

I’m a survivor. A traveller of 37 countries. A woman who loves coffee (a lot!)… and who will never say no to a good tequila. I’m obsessed with low-tox living, walking, indoor cycle, design, skincare, reading, meditation, and helping women feel like themselves again.

My journey hasn’t been straightforward — breast cancer, big life pivots, and learning to rebuild my health from the inside out. But that journey is what made me passionate about creating a life I am grateful for, and love.

A life that is low-tox, intentional, deeply nourishing… and shared with people who want the same.

Today, my vision is simple:
✨ To help women feel empowered in their homes, their bodies, their energy, and their everyday choices.
✨ To make low-tox living practical, not overwhelming.

🌙 My Top 3 Oils for Deep, Restful Sleep

If you’re finding it hard to switch off at night, tossing and turning, or waking up feeling just as tired as when you went to bed — you’re not alone. Sleep affects everything: our mood, energy, hormones, focus, and even how well our body heals.
I can relate when your body is tired but your mind won’t settle. These three oils have become gentle, consistent supports in my own routine — and I hope they help you too 💛

✨ Valerian
This one’s a bit earthy and grounding, but wow — it really speaks to the nervous system. If you’re feeling wired-but-tired or anxious before bed, Valerian helps the body slow down and prepare for rest in a deeper way.
👉 I like to dilute and apply to the soles of my feet, or add a drop to my diffuser with Lavender Peace.

✨ Lavender Peace
This is doTERRA’s restful sleep blend, and it’s a favourite for good reason. With Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver and more, it feels like a soft blanket for your mind. It’s particularly beautiful if your brain won’t stop looping through your to-do list.
