A thorough examination will be performed that includes physical, neurological and orthopedic exams. We assess all joints and muscles involved with the presenting condition instead of just focusing on the site of pain. Treatment types:
- Spinal and extremity manipulation
- Gentle mobilizations
- Myofascial release and trigger point therapy
- Cryo/heat therapy
- Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy


All patients are provided with a rehabilitation program specific to their condition so they can maintain joint/muscle integrity and function instead of the injury re-occurring again and again.

Big congratulations to our patient Noah 💪🇦🇺🤸

He recently took out Silver at the National Tumbling Championships and has now been selected to represent Australia at the upcoming competition in Spain this November.

We’ve had the privilege of treating Noah over the past few years and it’s been incredible to see his hard work, dedication and resilience pay off on the big stage.
