FAST 30 Fitness Coach is a boutique Personal Training Studio conducting Personal Training . Clients receive a 30 minute tailored personal training session.

The studio is designed to be a Fitness experience every time a client comes to the studio.

I’m so proud of the FAST 30 Community for making their Personal Training and their fitness a priority for 2025 .

Well done to all these CRAZY 😝 people for keeping consistent with their Personal Training throughout December. A big well done to all for making time for you during this busy season .
Merry Christmas to the wonderful FAST 30 Community and a big thankyou to both Brooke and Daria this year.

Andrew getting his FAST 30 Strength on at Iluka Fitness 24/7.

Andrew has been a FAST 30 personal training client for many years and has already become a member at Iluka Fitness ready for FAST 30’s new location.

Andrew is already seeing benefits from the additional strength sessions he is incorporating in around his personal training sessions.

Keeping strong and fit is essential and getting in 3 or more strength sessions a week can really help to kick your goals and improve your overall health.

Andrew has become a member at Iluka Fitness to keep strong and continue lifting weights 🏋️‍♀️ over his Christmas Holiday break.

Brooke and I are so excited to be running our Personal Training businesses out of Iluka Fitness in 2026. We look forward to using all the new equipment that’s just been installed.

Check out the new equipment at Iluka Fitness 24/7 . FAST 30 along with Personal Trainer Brooke Matich will be taking clients out of Iluka Fitness from 2026. We will have access to loads more space and equipment for all your Personal Training needs. Did you know Iluka Fitness just got a massive equipment overhaul, plus has recently had a Sauna and Icebath installed for all your strength and recovery needs.

Brooke and I recently tried out their new pieces of equipment and had so much fun in the process. These lat pulldown machines are definitely one of my favs. Check out the rock climbing hand grip on the one I’m doing, and Brooke’s machine moves the lower body as she works her upper body. Anyone who wants to know more get in touch with myself, Brooke or Manager Hayley at the Iluka Fitness.

Meet Teddy, Stella, Evie, Pickles, Maisie and Ruby who are all super happy that their owners are getting their daily 75 moves in as part of this years WA AUSactive Million Moves Campaign.

Meet Team FAST 30 Million Mover's Jacky, Lisa and Nikki who all train at different venues, but have a shared passion of health and fitness. They love to catch up for regular walks and talks with their fur babies.
Fresh air and positive vibes all round.

Meet Elsie and her gorgeous son Archie. Elsie is part of the FAST 30 Million Moves Team completing 75 moves a day for 21 days.

Elsie is loving the way moving everyday makes her feel as a new mum even after some of the sleepless nights, she always knows she will feel better after a workout. Elsie is also enjoying access to the free online fitness apps which is available as part of participation in this years WA Million Moves. This means Elsie can still get her sweat on and do at home fitness training via the free app access while Archie is sleeping as part of the Million Moves initiatives its a win win .. for both Elsie and Archie.

Archie will be participating with his mum in his very first 5km Parkrun/ walk this Saturday, as part of the FAST 30 Million Moves Team Initiative. Its a team inititative to get together and do a Parkrun to get our moves in while enjoying being part of a fantastic weekly community event.

No Excuses here.... on Million Moves Team FAST 30.

From pool swim, to strength training to walks with pushups added in, to wet and windy Parkruns and even a weights work out or two while on holiday.

Team FAST 30 are doing their daily 75 moves EVERYDAY, no matter how big or small their moves... they are showing commitment to themselves and their team mates.
A big well done Kieren, Lisa, Daria and Jo for some great moves.

As part of Million Moves Team FAST 30, Sarah is getting her 75 moves on daily for 21 days and logging them on her Million Moves dashboard.

This busy working mum of two, is keeping the 75 tally consistant with walking the kids to school, weekly PT sessions, then to top it off participated in the Lighthorse UltraMarathon on the weekend.

Sarah had to jump, run and walk her way through muddy puddles to hit a staggering 45 km. The consistency of her strength and running training under the guidence of exercise professionals ensured she stayed strong and injury free to kick her Ultra Goals. Keep going strong Sarah what a great role model you are for your family and those around you. A shout out to Coach Claire and Brooke for all there support of Sarah chasing her goals.
