When we release the fight, flight, or freeze response associated with traumatic events, we open the door to guiding others towards a more fulfilling life free from triggers.

Some ideas to shift your Unconscious limiting thoughts.

Are you aware that what ever you give energy towards through Dominant Thoughts, you will end up attracting and creating, even if you don't want it.

Learning to release negative energy and negative thoughts when you feel them creeping in to your life, allows you to remain attracting and creating positive changes in your life instead.

I know that sounds easier that it sometimes is.

BUT try this, next time you catch yourself thinking or talking down about yourself or your situation....

STOP!

Turn your thoughts and self-talk around and focus on creating a positive outcome instead - Reason is, you will begin making positive changes without even knowing about it - he he he he
Here's some examples to try for the next 7 days:

1. "All I keep getting is bloody bills" =
"Money comes to me from different sources to pay my bills"

2. "I just keep eating crap all the time" =
"I only eat healthy all the time"

3. "I always get the wrong partner who uses or abuses me" =
"Only the perfect partners are attracted to me because I deserve happiness"

4. "I just can't seem to ....................." =
"I always seem to be able to ................"

HOW Energy Transfer impacts your health, your happiness and your success:

We often overlook how much we absorb from our surroundings, or words and actions of others.

This energy transfer can significantly impact our life.

This build-up manifests in various ways, including physical and emotional ailments.

BURNOUT IS REAL❗️

When we talk about BURNOUT – it doesn’t only mean working long hours.

It also impacts us from the surrounding environment that we spend a lot of time in…

Like being surrounded by negative people or exposed to people and environments that Do Not Compliment our own beliefs and values.

Burnout is a common challenge, especially for Empaths and those in roles dedicated to helping others, such as:
🟣 Emergency Services
🟣 Carers
🟣 Nurses
🟣 Working Mums
🟣 Single Dads

WHY❓

Because these people seldom make time for their own wellbeing, for their own peace and for their own self-worth.

Constantly Giving to others, to work, to society, and to communities Unconsciously embeds an Acceptance that others are more important than ourselves.

It's essential to recognise the signs of WHAT IS Burning You Out and implement self-care strategies to prevent it.

Burnout can drain your energy and negatively impact your zest for life, but there are ways to overcome it.

Here are some tips to help you recognise and manage burnout:

• Recognise the Signs: Look out for symptoms like chronic fatigue, irritability, and a sense of detachment from your work or loved ones.
• Set Boundaries: Learn to say "no" and prioritise your well-being. It's okay to take a step back and recharge.
• Practice Self-Care: Make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as exercise, meditation, or hobbies.
• Let Go of Outside Energies: We ALL absorb a lot of external energy due to our makeup as humans. Practice techniques like grounding, mindfulness, and visualisation to release this energy and protect your own.

By recognising the signs of burnout and taking proactive steps to care for yourself, you can embrace your own Self-Worth, to maintain your own energy and passion for life.

IMPORTANT NOTE - it's not selfish to prioritise your well-being; it's necessary for you to continue helping others effectively and also enjoy the life you are here to live.
