Snippets of sunshine, moonshine, crystals, the ocean, affirmations and positive energy sprays which are much needed over the past couple of days 🙏 It’s been a little intense with the Full Moon in Scorpio of late. Have you noticed you’re feeling or being on the receiving end of heavy energies when connecting with others? Or maybe your own energy has been a little out of balance? This is deeply transformative times where we are going through deep emotions for the release of old wounds but can rise above to make important decisions for our path going forward. Growth and regaining personal power comes from this too! 🥰 So remember to take sacred time out with your own special Full Moon Ritual under the moonbeams, or the clouds, or the sunshine (whichever you are blessed to embrace) Reflect and write down your inner truths, cleanse your space, let go of emotional clutter, utilise your Intentions with cleansing and positive affirmations and sprays…Take deep breaths, be brave and be proud of all your strengths and all that you do!

It’s a beautiful new day for us to embrace and I’ve created a short ‘Self Care Ritual’ for those who would like to enjoy 💚…

‘Close your eyes, take five deep breaths in and long slow breathes out…Visualise a soothing white light permeating around your body in figure 8’s from your feet all the way up and around your body, (number 8 relates to karmic equalising, balancing all areas, encourages personal power, good judgement and prosperity), then visualise the light all the way out of your crown chakra and up into the Universe. Then continue doing this all the way back down your body and into the Earth and repeat as you breathe deeply in and out. Allow any negativity or heavy thoughts to be released and let go of attachments to your personal space. Breathe deeply and out again and welcome in the fresh new clear energy through every part of your body. You can then use an affirmation such as ‘Thankyou dear Universe, God, Angels and my Spirit Guides for the wonderful opportunities and magnificent blessings I am receiving today, and so it is...🙏
