I stand with the solidarity with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. I acknowledge my privilege and am dedicated to learning and amplifying the voices of the First Nations Peoples. Today is the day that First Nations Peoples land was taken from them in a genocide, massacre and invasion and continues to be disrespected in the same way. The knowledge and wisdom that has been lost 🖤💛❤️

Words are energy, the way we speak and the words we use create a ripple effect and roll out into the world around us.

So I am taking this opportunity to reset and realign with who I want to be when we get to show up in this beautiful world again.

This opportunity to take purpose led action and clear away the clutter in my life and my environment. To step into my body in more fully and into my heart at the greatest capacity.

I’m taking this opportunity to remind each and everyone of us that life in all forms is a gift always, joy can be found in every circumstance and we we take opportunities that come and use them to the fullest we get to create miracles ❤️❤️❤️

On the Aries New Moon I made a commitment to myself to connect and honor my body. ..
I have felt disconnected from her, through trauma, child birth and mothering I lost her. I abused her, took her for granted and even hated her at points. ..
My body is my souls mate, it is the perfect representation. Divine, beautiful, unique, powerful, quirky, too much and too little, fun and pleasurable all wrapped up in capable and strong container that has carried me through this insane adventure called life...
