We offer Physiotherapy services, as well as specialised exercise rehab solutions for those wanting to improve their health through movement. Embody Movement run specialised exercise classes and programs focusing on Seniors Health: Healthy Bones (Arthritis and Osteoporosis, falls prevention, strength and flexibility (seniors focused) and mat pilates. Led by Physiotherapists and health professionals who understand the complexities of these conditions, we provide a safe and effective rehabilitation solution to improve function and health. We also provide Clinical Pilates Services within our Equipment Pilates Studio, including Private sessions and small classes. Looking for ways to load your bones over the Christmas period from home?
We’ve got you covered 🎄

Osteoporosis causes bones to become weaker and more fragile over time — but the good news is that bone responds really well to the right kind of exercise.

Strength training and impact loading help slow bone loss and reduce fracture risk by stimulating your bones to stay strong.

Think:
• Heavy resistance for 6–8 reps
• Impact loading like jumping, hopping, stomping or skipping

No gym or usual classes over Christmas? No problem. You can keep loading your bones at home by adding some of these exercises into your routine:

Skipping
Step ups with a stomp
Standing stomps
Broad jumps
Jump squats

Consistency matters more than perfection. A little impact now helps protect your bones for the future 💪
