I haven’t been very active here lately, the end of last year was full of life’s lovely transitions: my wedding in November, family visiting, and the holidays all came so quickly. I hope you had a wonderful festive season, and if you received my Christmas newsletter, thank you for reading along 💛
The start of this year has been a gentle one for me, taking things softly, focusing on rest and balance.
With the summer heat upon us, it’s a good time to tune in to pitta energy: for anyone with a fire constitution, remember that excess heat, spicy or acidic foods, and too much pressure/activity can bring irritability, headaches, or burnout. 🌿 Listen to your body, move intuitively, hydrate, and nourish yourself with fresh seasonal produce— it’s a season for cooling down.
Little reminder, my books are open, though I usually schedule at least a week or two in advance. I’ll be away for a few days at the end of this month, and later in the year there will be some adjustments to services as I slow down for a little pause. A gentle reminder that all gift vouchers should be used by June so they can be fully enjoyed.
